All I Want For Christmas Is...

La-La Land Crafts is sponsoring this week's Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge #15! One lucky winner will receive both of these stamps from our Christmas Collection, Angel Lala and Christmas Dress Rosie!!

Randi Barrett is hosting this week's challenge. Randi chose these scriptures for the inspiration:

Matthew 2:11 "After coming into the house they saw the Child with Mary His mother; and they fell to the ground and worshiped Him. Then, opening their treasures, they presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh."

Matthew 7:7-11: "Ask and it will be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in Heaven give what is good to those who ask it."

Randi's challenge is to make a card, layout or other paper craft project that has a GIFT featured in it. Be sure to visit Stampin' Sisters in Christ Blog and enter the challenge there!

And here is my card for the challenge.. I used one of the stamps that are being offered as a prize, Christmas Dress Rosie :-) .

Rosie was colored with Copic Markers, cut out and popped up for dimension. BoBunny Designer Paper. The frame, the Christmas Tree with the presents and the sentiment are all the part of the designer paper. I LOVE it!!! Mark Richards Crystal Stickers. Ribbon with the button and the twine in the right corner. That's it!! Quick, easy and ADORABLE :-) !!

All of these stamps are available for purchase in our La-La Land Crafts online store. First card was made with Rosie with Teddy Bear, buy this stamp here. Rosie was colored with Copic Markers, Stickles on her hair, shirt and shoes. DP by BoBunny, this is my favorite company for paper right now.. The tag below was made with Birthday Lala, buy this stamp here. Lala was colored with Copic Markers, cut out and popped with foam tape in the center of the oval. Ovals were cut with Nestabilites.

The last tag was made with Pepper with Basket, buy this stamp here. Pepper was colored with Copic Markers, cut and popped up. DP by Daisy Bucket. Fence is from Jolees. Small flowers are the Marvy Punch.

a few cards from my friends..

We will announce the winners of our last La-La's Weekly Wednesday Challenge - Stitching tomorrow, and there will be a new challenge coming this Wednesday.. And, please don't forget to check out the Sneak Peeks of our Halloween Collection and to enter into the Blog Candy, see the post below or click here. But today I wanted to share with you a few cards that I received from my friends!!

This first card was made by Connie Monahan. Connie made a card with Fairy Lala, I just LOVE the colors that Connie used for this card, pretty butterfly paper and she colored Lala's hair red!! Doesn't Lala look like me ;-) well kind of, sort of? I love all the finishing touches.. the ribbon, the label with sentiment, the butterfly charm, the flowers with pearls. And take a look at the inside of the card!! Isn't it just gorgeous inside and out!! Thank you SO MUCH Connie!!

The second card came from my friend Michelle VanWiggeren. I just love how Michelle made our "Window Lala" look through the cut out window on the card, what a clever idea!! Thank you Michelle, I LOVE your card!! Michelle just started a new blog, and she is having a Blog Candy to celebrate, check it out!!

About the card above.. I got an email today from Lisa T, Lisa has won our Blog Candy a few weeks ago. It was such a wonderful surprise to see a card made with Teddy Bear Rosie on Lisa's Blog. I just love the soft colors of the paper, and Rosie looks so cute with red hair!! Thank you SO MUCH Lisa, I love-love-love your card!!!

And the last but definitely not the least, is the card that was made during a Make-and-Take at our Grand Opening La-La Gala by Gregory Perieff, a boyfriend of one of the ladies.. Can you tell he had fun ;-) Here is the link to the original card if you would like to compare.. Oh, the stamp used on this card is from our Animals Collection, Running Clover. Running Clover is a two-in-one stamp, it comes with the Chicken and the Chicken Foot Prints!!

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone, I just LOVE seeing your creations!!

Hugs!!
