PAPER CUTS
2 x 6"x6" white card stock
2  3" x3" white card stock

~ now for the tutorial you have been waiting for ~

Start by cutting two 6" x 6" panels of white card stock.  On one of them take 1/8" or less off two of the sides.  This is your base and will help the lid slide over easier.

Score at 1 1/2" on all 4 sides of both pieces.  Set lid aside (The panel that wasn't trimmed down)
Cut the score lines on all 4 sides to form your tabs. (Base)
Cut notches in the tabs to assemble easier.

Trim approximately a 3" x 3" piece to fit in the center of your base.  Stamp all over and glue your character on.

Assemble Base.

Lid

Score your lid again this time at 1/2" on all 4 sides.  Your lid will now have 2 sets of score marks.  1/2" and 1 1/2" on all the sides.

Cut away the corners marked on photo on all 4 sides.  Cut angles to the remaining tabs.

Run lid through die cutting machine with hexagon die in the center.  Use a stencil to decorate the outer box lid.

Add acetate to the window on the inside of the lid.  Surround in foam tape.
Die cut from a scrap of white card stock the hexagon window again leaving enough space around to fit the center of the box lid.  Approx 3"x3"
Fill with shaker bits and assemble shaker.

Add a inked hexagon frame to each side of the window

Assemble lid.
Glue tabs in and fold over and glue the 1/2" to finish.

Add die cut flowers and sentiment to the box lid.

Tie with ribbon.
