Introducing Design Team for La-La Land Crafts

I still can't believe the response that I got to my Design Team call.. Over 200 applications!!!! I have never expected that!! WOW!!! You guys are absolutely AWESOME!!! It was not an easy task, but I've read every single email and have visited every single blog. It was very hard to choose, believe me!! There are so many talented crafters out there!!

I was planning on having six on Design Team, but I just couldn't stop there.. I have picked five more to be my Guest Designers. And, I am saving all the emails for the future, if you have not heard from me yet, it does not mean I did not like your work, I might contact you in the near future :-) .

All of my Designers will introduce and will tell you more about themselves here on the company blog within the next few days. But for now I am just going to tell you who they are.. Here is the list of the very first Design Team for La-La Land Crafts, they are my pioneers!!

Jane Matsumoto is someone I have known for awhile, I have always admired Jane's creativity. I was pleasantly surprised when Jane applied for my Design Team. Jane has also accepted the position of the Design Team coordinator.

Sheila Lygo has a great eye for color. And, she has a GREAT sense of humor too, just wait until you meet her ;-).

Kim Yu swept me off my feet with different projects she creates using stamps.

Maureen Wong makes awesome cards, she has such a great way to make the main images stand out.

Lisa Hjulberg chooses designer paper that coordinates so well and so appealing to the eye, and I just LOVE how she does paper piecing!!

Kathy Page had me in awe of her cards, the colors!! the layers!!! oh my!!

Now, I will share the names of my Guest Designers for the months of September and October. We have Karin Hoeve, Marcea Watkins, Paul Ford, Sue Kment and Kim Blakey.
