Tutorial Thursday - My way to colour

I will show you my way to colour with Copic markers.

I have chosen one of the recent stamps from Christmas 2017 release:

What markers will you need?

For skin E0000, E000, E00, E04, E11, R00, R20, R21

For hair and walking stick: E18, E15, E13

For outfit: B91, B93, B95, B97, B99, YG97, YG95, YG93, YG91, C5, C3, C1, C0

Ok, let's start from the skin. We go first with chicks: R00, R20, R21:

Now skin. We are starting from the darkest colour, in my combo the darkest one is E04.

Then as follow: E11, E00, E000, E0000.

After first colouring, we repeat everything all over again.

The next step is hair colouring. We need E18, E15, E13.

And again from darkest E18, then E15, E13, and repeat.

Next, I will colour blue shades. We need B91, B93, B95, B97, B99.

And again I always I start from the darkest one, B99.

Next B97, B95, B93, B91:

Repeat everything again.

Green shades:

YG97, YG95, YG93, YG91

Grey shades:

C5, C3, C1, C0

Very often when my colouring is done 

I am repeating just with darkest colours to make some contours.

Is giving better depth to your picture.

The last step is adding some blinks. I do this with white POSCA marker.

Tutorial Thursday - Thank You Card

Hello, everyone! 

Henryka here with my first post from Tutorial Thursday Series.

Today I will work with newly released metal dies. What a wonderful collection is gave it to us!

Thirteen Stamps and Seventeen Dies!

I will work on few of them today to show you what card you can make if you have them.

Maybe a card like this:

What are going to need?

white cardstock 13,5 cm x 13,5 cm

design paper 12,5 cm x 12,5 cm

design paper 11,5 cm x 11,5 cm

design paper 10,5cm x 10,5 cm

dies

glue

self-adhesive distance foam

flowers

paper string

self-adhesive gems

1st step:

prepare your design papers, 

from the smallest one 10,5cm x 10,5 cm cut circles using  Double Stitched Circles Die.

Place them one on each other, like this, using distance foam:

2nd step:

start to place your decoration, first some leaves, I have used 

Berry Flourish

3rd step:

arrange your decoration before, then glue everything together.

add some more leaves, until you are happy

4th step:

lastly, put some sentiment,

5th step:

add some bling, self-adhesive gems, pearls, glitter, whatever you like!

And here you go! A card is ready!
