Tutorial Thursday...!!

Hi everyone...

It's Ashlee here this week to share a tutorial with you!!

I have made a shadow box card using lots of La-La Land dies..

It also folds flat so you can post easy in the mail!! 

Here are the steps to creating this project... Have fun!!

Step 1: 

Cut two panels 6" x 5.5"..

Step 2 : 

scor both pieces at 1/2", 1", 5", 5 1/2"

Step 3 : Cut out all the dies needed..

Arched window,  Love to garden set,  Topiary 

(I cut out doubles of some so that I could layer different colours for certain pieces)

Step 4 :

On the front panel decorate with designer papers and then line up where you want your window to be..

Step 5 : 

Use a pencil to trace the inside of your window opening..

Step 6 :

Cut out slightly past your pencil line to create an opening on the front panel

Step 7 :  

Adhere your die cut window onto your card

Step 8:

Adhere all your die cuts wherever you would like them to create a little scene

Step 9 : 

Decorate the inside of your panel... 

this will be where your window see's through too, 

I just added a little sentiment and some designer paper!!

Add double sided adhesive to the two side pieces..

Step 10 :

Join your two panels together so it then looks like this

Step 11 : 

Add some designer paper and a panel where you can write your message/greeting on the back

And there you have your little garden scene card with window...!!
