~ now for the tutorial you have been waiting for ~

Cut two 8" x 8" squares of coloured card stock.  On each one on three of the sides score at 1.5" on the fourth side score at 3/4" Set one aside and the other using the new On The Wall Layering Stencil create your background with either a glitter paste or molding paste.

On one of the squares cut both of the corners out from the bottom opposite the 3/4", On the other square cut in on each side at the bottom from the side leaving the square intact.

On both sides fold down and glue 3/4" flap.  Fold outwards (same side as stencil) This creates the bags flap.  Assemble the rest of the bag with glue or double sided tape.

Fold the small flaps towards the centre and add glue.   Fold up to the sides and attach.   Finish the bag with glue on the remaining two sides.  Once glue is dry pinch the top of both sides to create an inward V to help the bag narrow towards the top.

Use a hole punch to create the holes for the ribbon handles.

Finish the bag by decorating.  Using white card stock blend pink oxide ink.  On a separate sheet die cut using the polka dots plate die a large enough section to fit behind a port hole die cut.   Glue all three pieces together, from bottom up, ( Pink panel, polka dot panel, port hole die cut)  Die cut the lake and do some ink blending and stencilling on it.  With liquid glue attach to the bag.  Glue down the lake, skis and winter house die cuts.  Using stickles or a glitter glue cover the skis and add to the holes in the port die cut.  Once dry add the winter bear with foam tape and extra liquid glue.   I added some stickles as well to his hat.
