Hi there!! Today, in this video, I wanted to show how to make a fun, easy Bokeh effect for your background paper. I hope you enjoy it.

PAPER CUTS & SCORING

White Cardbase 5 1/2 x 11, scored at 5 1/2 inched and folded in half

White layer for inking 5 x 5

White scrap for sentiment 2 x 3

White frame 4 x 4

Turquoise layer 5 1/4 x 5 1/4

Turquoise frame 4 x 4
