Tutorial Thursday - Cards

Hi ladies, Alina here today, for Tutorial Thursday. Well, to be honest, I had no ideas for a tutorial, so I'm going to share some very simple cards I've made lately and this is what I used:

I hope you can see how I used the Arched Window Die, to make a circle and a frame as well. The Stitched Ribbon (set of 3) Die is my favourite La-La Land set at this moment and I hope to inspire you to use it like I did:

 ''Smile'' is one of the dies from the November Kit and the flowers and leaves are made using dies from the April Kit.

''I {heart} You Sentiment'' is one of the dies from the December Kit and I only needed the word ''You'':

Tutorial Thursday - Z- Fold Card

Hi its Jennifer here with a Z-Card Tutorial.
These are so much Fun to make I hope you have a go.

Z- Fold Card

You need to Cut

 4 x  Heart Doily Borders 

2 x of the label shape from the Stitched Elements

Cut 

2 x Ovals from the Stitched Elements

I have cut the base of the Card 24cm x 14.5cm

Then scored at on the long side 6cm and 12 cm

Sorry its a little hard to see.

I have then cut the first layer

2 at 5.5cm x 14cm and

1 at 11.5 x 13.5cm

Then cut the top layer

2 at 5cm x 13.5cm

1 at 11cm x 13.5cm

You then glue the first layer on your base.

Glue your second layer on your first layer. 

I cut the labels in half so there is half at the top and bottom

glued to your two Heart Doily Borders. Do both the same.

I then use dimensions to attach the Oval  to the Doily Borders.

Then joining it to the base when closed one oval sits on the other perfectly.

I also cut a doily in half and glued it under the oval.

This is it opened out.

This is how it sits see how only half the oval is attached to the front.

 Another example a combination of dies.

You dont even have to use ovals this Arched Window worked Beautifully too.
