Tutorial Thursday: Yummy Donuts!!



Hello Everyone!
Welcome to your Thursday Tutorial.
Martha here with you today!

Today I will show you how to make these Yummy Donuts that look good enough to eat!
Best of all they are totally Calorie free!


Here are the La-La Land Crafts products I used.


Other products
White Gel Pen
Glossy Accents
Foam Tape
Glue
Copic Combatible Paper
Copic Markers
E29,E25,E23,E21,BG18,BG13,BG11


Okay Lets get baking!

Step one:
Cut the Donut Die once with Chipboard and once with Copic compatible paper
(I used Neenah Solar White)
You will not need the sprinkle pieces.

Step Two:
On the Donut use the E29 Copic Marker around the inner and outer edges of the Donut
as shown,


Step Three:
Use the E25 Copic Marker as shown.


Step Four:
Use the E23 Copic Marker as shown.


Step Five:
Blend the rest with the E21 Copic Marker.


Now lets make some Icing!

Step Six:
Use the BG18 Copic Marker just around the centre of the Icing
as shown.


Step Seven:
Use the BG13 Marker as shown. 


Step Eight:
Blend everything together with the BG11 Copic Marker,


Step Nine:
Apply the glue to the back of both the Donut and Icing as shown.


Step Ten:
Adhere your Colored Donut and Icing to the matching chipboard Die Cuts.
Then add the foam tape to the back of the Icing as shown


Step Eleven
Adhere the Icing to the Donut as shown.


Step Twelve:
Add dots to the Icing with the White Gel Pen as shown:


Step Thirteen:
Apply the Glossy accents to the Icing quite liberally 
and allow to dry.


And there you have it!
Your Yummy Donut is finished!
